The double decker bus departs Union Station every 20 minutes giving you plenty of opportunities to explore each stop in detail. If you were to stay on the bus for the entire loop, it would take approximately 2.5 hours.

Would reccomend it to anyone. Enjoyed it tremendously. Better than going through all the traffic. Wish we had more time to spend. Would do it again well worth it.

Both myself and my wife have some medical issues that make walking long distances impossible with the hop on hop off we got to see everything we wanted to at least by passing by - another trip will get all the museums - for now it was a wonderful trip and we will recommend your service to others.
Only thing I would improve on is the information given as to the pick up first thing in the morning - email & phone instructions were incorrect. We were directed to go to level 1 of the parking garage once we went there we were redirected back outside in front of union Station. It would be much more helpful if we had the correct pick up location before we started. Great tour though!

Good buses and helpful staff. It would make more sense to run these buses till at least 7 or 8pm in the summer. Most museums and other attractions are open late.

Excellent service once I found the where to get on the bus. My instructions said at union Station
parking level 1, but really the stop was out in front of union Station.

We really enjoyed getting this tour. It took us to almost all major must-see areas in D.C or at least brought us close enough so that we could walk to the others. The pre-recorded tape did have a lot of interesting facts and was funny but several times it started to skip and occasionally the information was not in sync with what we were viewing. Also, several times it would start talking about a place and then be shut off, only to be turned on a couple of minutes later and have to be skipped ahead because they didn't turn it back on in time. It may be nice to get a better functioning system or opt for a "live tour guide". That aside, the view from the top of the bus was great and it was very easy and convenient to hop on and off over the 2 days. It certainly saved a lot of time and money.
